This course will focus on the dissemination, interpretation and ethically-sound application of research findings specific to the health field. The course will explore the creation and exchange of knowledge that occurs in a mutually interdependent system of researchers and practitioners of clinical and population health. Topics of discussion may include definitions of Knowledge Translation and Exchange, the iterative processes involved in Knowledge Exchange, instances when Knowledge Exchange may fail, and the importance of Knowledge Exchange to the provision of clinical and population health services.
