This course examines the role of the commercial, public and not-for-profit sectors in providing recreation opportunity in the urban setting. Existing patterns of urban recreation facilities will be examined. The role of social, economic, political and spatial factors influencing the use and development of recreation resources in the urban setting will be examined. Prereq: Level at least 3A
