This course offers the pharmacy student detailed insights into three areas of organizational/institutional management of patient health: 1. Structure and governance of health systems such as hospitals, long-term care, family health teams and ambulatory clinics; 2. Processes in health care institutions such as disease management, formulary management, use of evidence based medicine in drug use and 3.
