Basic concepts and techniques of computational economics. Topics may include computable general equilibrium models, data and calibration, system sensitivity, and dynamic extensions. Depending on class backgrounds and interests, applications may cover such areas of economics as taxation, international trade, industrial organization, economic history, development, environment, dynamics, and finance. Prereq: ECON 301, 302; Honours students or Economics majors
