Systems neuroscience attempts to explain complex functions of the nervous system in terms of underlying neural circuits and molecules. A diverse range of systems – from sea snails and fruit flies to rodents and humans – with the help of interactive computer simulations will be used to illustrate principles of sytems neuroscience.
